Advice:
Please book to see the GP for an initial assessment and the nurse for repeat prescriptions once you are completed your first 3 months of medication.
Please ensure your smears are up-to-date.
You can either book an *online appointment with the Practice Nurse, or alternatively please phone the reception desk on 01264 337979, if you need seen at The White House please state this when calling, to arrange your appointment.
