Low Carbohydrate Diet Resources

Evidence shows that restricting sugary and starchy carbohydrates could help you lose weight and reduce the risk or improve control of Type 2 Diabetes. If you are on medications for diabetes it can reduce your need for these medications and sometimes even drive your diabetes into remission!

Rather than restricting calorie intake, restricting carbohydrates in your diet can naturally help you to eat less whilst keeping you feeling full. A low-carb diet is far more effective than a short term weight-loss diet as it is an easier diet to maintain long-term.
