Named GP

All patients are registered to a named accountable GP. We encourage patients to routinely see their named GP to improve continuity of care. Your named GP is responsible for co-ordinating your care and this is the person to whom any correspondence or test results will come to in the first instance. If you are unsure who your named GP is you can find out by contacting the surgery. If you wish to change your named GP at any time please contact the surgery.
