Clinics are staggered during the working day and appointments are offered between 08:10 and 18:10. Please telephone Reception to book all clinic appointments: 01264 337979.

Telephone Advice
If you want advice about test results or other matters and your doctor is unavailable when you call, you will be given a time to call back, e.g. at the beginning or end of surgery. Please try to avoid calling for results before 14:00.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Vasectomies                         We provide a vasectomy service to both NHS and private patients. Please see the section under Clinics and Services for more information 

Flu Vaccination
If you are aged 65 or over or in a clinical risk group, phone now to book your flu appointment.

  3. By letter (please enclose a SAE if you wish the prescription to be sent back to you)
  4. By fax to 01264 334251 

Please note that we DO NOT take repeat prescription requests over the telephone. This is for medical safety reasons.

A prescription collection service is offered by Dispensing Chemists within the town area. Please specify when making your request if you wish to take advantage of this service.

Please allow 48 hours notice before you need to collect your repeat prescription.from the surgery, or 72 hours should you wish to collect it from a chemist. 

All patients on continuous repeat prescriptions should see a doctor for a review of their medication at least once a year.
