Telephone Advice
If you want advice about test results or other matters and your doctor is unavailable when you call, you will be given a time to call back, e.g. at the beginning or end of surgery. Please try to avoid calling for results before 14:00.

Whooping cough cases increase

Charlton Hill Surgery provides high quality healthcare to patients in the Andover area.

We are a practice of four male and three female doctors providing General Medical Services. The five general partners, Drs Needham, Davies, Ford, Jackson and Briggs are in contract with NHS Hampshire Primary Care Trust. We have in excess of twenty staff including practice Business manager, Adrian Wise, nursing staff, reception and office staff who are always happy to help with enquiries.

charlton hill surgery Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.

In addition, community nursing staff and district nurses, are based at the practice and community midwives hold clinics at the practice on a regular basis. We encourage continuity of care with one doctor, but in the event of urgent requests, when your own doctor is not available, you may be asked to see another doctor.
